VA Form 10-10EZ - Application for
Medical Benefits (Enroll). The primary purpose of this form
is to request enrollment in the VA Health Care System (Apply
for Medical Benefits). Typically, veterans who have NOT
previously enrolled or applied for VA health care benefits
should use this form.

Department of Veterans Affairs
The
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Web site is a worldwide
resource that provides information on VA programs, veterans
benefits, VA facilities worldwide, and VA medical automation
software. Made available on September 1994, the site serves
several major constituencies, including the veteran and his or
her dependents, Veterans Service Organizations, the military,
the general public, and VA employees around the world. These
documents are easily accessible and richly linked from their
table of contents, as well as searchable by keyword. |

Colorado Veteran's Services
Information on employment assistance, unemployment insurance,
preference and benefits options, training opportunities,
women's issues, legislative updates and
current events relating to veterans.
Douglas County Office of Veterans
Affairs
The Office of Veterans Affairs
provides access to special
programs and services for veterans and their families. As
advocates for veterans, staff provides timely information on
services, events and activities affecting veterans. This
includes coordination with the Colorado Division of Veterans
Affairs and the United Veterans Committee (UVC) of Colorado.
The Veterans Affairs staff also assists all veterans in
applying for benefits, employment assistance, medical care,
transportation and coordination to other services. The staff
consists of volunteers who are military veterans. They are
trained by and work in cooperation with the Colorado
Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.

The Online
Directory of Veterans Service Organizations is published as an
informational service by the Office of the Secretary of Veterans
Affairs.
This
up-to-date, database driven website allows you to view
VSO information in a variety of ways.
